We are excited to offer fresh fish brought to us from our partners at Earth and Sea in Manchester, VT. Each Thursday they drive to Boston to bring back fresh seafood. We will post a new ordering sheet at the link above each week, which needs to be filled out by 5:30pm on Thursday. Orders are prepaid, either in person at the store or online, and need to be picked up Friday (Saturday at the latest). All fish is ordered by the pound, and we will try to get as close to the weight as possible.

Hoosick Provisions is a general store that focuses on local and regional food. We want a place where people can buy the incredible local fruits, vegetables and cheeses we have in the area - from our own Belden Farm (shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant), Berle Farm (cheese, yogurt), Hand Melon Farm (fruit, vegetables), Armstrong Farm (sweet corn), Four Fat Fowl (cheese), Running Brook Sugar Shack (maple syrup and sugar), Battenkill Valley Creamery (milk), Iron Coffee (coffee), Crazy Mike’s Jerky, Byte (frozen pizza) and Yushak’s Market (sausage).

Our region (Schenectady) also has some of the best Italian food including Casa Visco pizza sauce and tomato sauce, Pede Brothers ravioli and Perreca’s Bread and these will be featured on a regular basis.

The store will offer 3 or 4 daily sandwich specials made with the best meats we can find (or roasting our own). A selection of baked goods will also be available.

We also provide selected kitchen and house products from small American manufacturers and artisans such as Ann Clark Cookie Cutters (Rutland), JK Adams (Dorset, VT), Mosser Glass (Ohio), Nordic Ware (Minnesota), Lodge (Tennesee), Laura Zindel (Brattleboro, VT) and many others throughout the United States.

We believe that by supporting local and family-owned American companies we strengthen our town, region and country.
